Dear Mr. Robo,
Received a call today as to a turn off notice. Told we received two Legal Notices (we had not). Person could not give direct answers. I called back spoke to billing they could not find anything (we have automatic bank payments.) They could not find any records or payments ( as we have a credit over $700). But we told electric to be cut off. Transferred to new department told oh we find it it is error on your side (NO SORRY NO WE WILL SEND A LETTER ON ERROR OR CREDIT TO MISTAKE)
