Dear Mr. Lee,
It is with great pain that I am writing this mail to you.
I am writing to complain about a Samsung air conditioner which we had bought in Mumbai , India from Vijay sales on 11th July 2018.
This air-conditioner started mal functioning within 2 days of installation.
We lodged a complaint with Samsung India and spoke with Mr. Alam - your companyâs service representative, and asked him to exchange the faulty air-conditioner for a new one,.
It was not replaced & instead they repaired it. We got it repaired thrice but still it continued to malfunction.
The matter was then escalated to Mr. Basav Kumar (ASM) Samung. Mr Basav after constant follow up agreed to give us a replacement. But since then he has avoided taking our calls & has neither given us any revert on the above issue.
Now both VIJAY SALES & SAMSUNG (MR. BASAV KUMAR) have refused to provide us a replacement in lieu of the faulty Air-conditioner. Mr Basav âs attitude towards me was quite rude and unhelpful & unbecoming of the high standards set by Samsung. This sort of behavior is completely unacceptable and it only tarnishes the image of Samsung.
Since we could not get the contact details of any of the senior managers of Samsung India we had no choice but to escalate the matter to your goodself.
We solicit your personal intervention to resolve this long pending matter which has tarnished the image of Samsung & has been a blot on the impeccable service culture for which Samsung is known for.
