Mr. Rutledge I am reaching out to you because of poor service provide by your customer service department, as a loyal customer I have options of what service provider I do business relating to cable or satellite providers, and for many years I have chosen Time Warner now Spectrum.
Today I reached out to your customer service department requesting 48 hour extension to pay my bill, and was rejected with little concern of my loyalty to your company, I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said there is nothing she can do to help me.
which made me wonder why should I pay a company $230.00 each month just to be treated in a manner that does not reciprocate the loyalty that I have had to your company.
I understand that I am but 1 person in this issue and you have many other more important responsibilities that you deal with, nevertheless I felt compelled to let you know you how your customer service department treat a loyal customer.
