The verbal abuse and intimidation/treatment I received to from an FPL employee was very serious. The follow up call to Me by an FPL manager was concerning another case not mine but manager argued until dispatch set her straight. She then sent case to corporate. Employee with no hard hat and a bleached out Mohawk haircut with no ID purposely left over 100 customers with out power because I stated I was making a complaint due to their unprofessional conduct! This tech left for an hour to call me the Police to escort back to my property to CYA because he knew he was in trouble. I asked that a manager meet and greet this employee and check him for drug use or alcohol or? His behavior was not fitting for any profession. There were witnesses.
