I'm writing to tell you when your employee lied to me about my POD account, in June 2018, it still affects me and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
I paid for two months for a pod when I only used it for one. He told me there was a "grace period" of 7 days. I would be charged another month (over $200) and if the POD was returned within that time, I would have my money refunded. It never was and I still feel sick. I don't even want the money, I just will never use PODS again.
Every time I see a POD in someone's yard in my neighborhood or work, I will let them know of my experience. I was happy, at first. I was just re-carpeting my home. When I tried to schedule the pickup, it became a problem. Now I just get sick thinking of it.
Thank you for letting me vent. Maybe I'll start to feel better knowing I finally said SOMETHING.
