Good morning Sir, I hope this email will find you in good health. I had to send you this email regarding a complaint I filled after renting with PODS. My case was assign to Nathan Egbers. I was very unhappy the way he treated me. My issue was that all of my stuff that I put in the POD had a bad smells when I received them. When I talked to him, he wasn't in mood of saying sorry or even saying anything about me experience. When I asked him how can PODS compensate my situation. He said he can reimburse me for a bottle of Fabreeze which I found very insulting. He is the worst customer service rep I have ever spoken to. I guess he realized by my accent that he can talk to me such a bullish way. I was upset and told him that I will file complaint to BBB. He said ok go ahead as he doesn't care. I would not be calling a company for a bottle of Febreeze whne I paid them over $800. I had gone thru the hassle of cleaning the stuff to get rid of the smells and he valued my hassle to a bottle of Febreeze. I hope you would understand my situation. I appreciate you time reading this email and make your company's customer service experience a better for all walk of life. Thank you.
