I could not remember my pass word for PAY/PAL, over the years many things have changed credit card numbers, age, and residence and many more but two thing that has not changed is my drivers license number and my SS number. I could not retrieve my personal password. I spent 44 min. with a lady that I had trouble understanding and she asked me a lot of questions like who I lived with and gave me street address numbers that didn't relate to me. I need someone with "clout" that can help me. My cell is 225-337-3236. The number on the account no longer exist. please have someone contact me to resolve this problem.
