I recently requested a refund for items that I purchased using my PayPal account. According to the tracking record it stated that the item was delivered but I have not received it. I submitted a complaint via the web and I checked it yesterday and stated that it was in favor of the company. I did an online chat with a virtual person and she could not help. AT THIS TIME I AM REQUESTING A CREDIT TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR THE $55.00 PLUS CHANGE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS. IF YOU FAIL TO GIVE ME THE REFUND AS REQUESTED WITHIN 10 CALENDAR DAYS I WILL BE FORCED TO CONTACT AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL.
