Dear Mr. King I am writing you in regards to your bank not being merciful to Seniors and your representatives speaking to seniors in negative ways due to their account. My Family and I have been impacted by Hurricane on 10/11/2018 (Micheal) we have not been able to get back on track as of yet we are still battling issues and Finance being the greatest . As a matter of fact we have been experiences hurricane one after another and the first hurricane we Lost everything. I clearly understand that the bank in business to make money but my god not at the cost of Seniors. When we are experiencing losing everything trying to move forward. Your bank has made hundreds of dollars in return check fee off of me and my Family. We are still trying to recover from hurricane in 2017. Please be merciful my god. The bank has been giving me returned check fees on a daily basis, and the sad part is that we are trying to pay our bills. I am asking for your help and assistance in this matter.
