I set up a cancellation date with Directv. A week before shut off, I decided to stay, instead of going to DISH Network. So I called Directv,in which I talked to an agent who assured me that my cancellation order had been canceled. On the date of the beginning cancellation order my service was shut off! This, 1st of all, shouldn't of happened! Then I called DirecTv again,
to reactivate my account. Needless to say it is day 2 talking to many different departments and then transferred back to ones you've already talked too. Giving them your info over and over and over again! All this just to reactivate your account! I am still not activated. What terrible service this also reflects for upper management! I would enjoy a email from you!!
