I have been a USAA member since 1985. Your insurance products are outstanding. Unfortunately your banking and financial planning services are not competitive at all. I have been reporting to USAA this trend for over 10 years and still no solution. CD rates, MMA rates, car loan rates, all well below the industry. Regarding financial advice, not sure I agree with the policy to ONLY offer advice on USAA products. It was not like this before.
