I have been waiting over five months for your IT Department to resolve an issue with your company's inability to send any communications to my correct email address including my bill. I have spent countless hours on the phone with support staff and am repeatedly told they are escalating the issue and that I would receive a call from them. That has never happened resulting in me having to call again and relay the same informatio over and over again. If I didn't pay my bill I am sure someone would manage to contact me. You need to know what poor customer service and follow through your team exhibits. I don't know what else to do except to discontinue your services.
