I purchased the vehicle 2016 Sienna XLE PREM VIN: 5TDDK3DC7GS141348 on November 26, 2018. from Advantage Toyota. The sales manager name was Farook M. Hussain. When I purchased the vehicle the only mats in the car were the front passenger and front driver mats..The middle and the rear did not have any Toyota mats. I spoke to Mr. Hussain on December 14, 2018 and he said he would speak to Michael Miller to see if he could get the mats for me. I haven't heard from him since. I feel like I am being taken advantage of because they knew the mats were missing. They are expensive to replace. i would appreciate it if you would handle this matter for me. This is the second Toyota vehicle that I have purchased and this is the first time that I am having problems with them.
