I was advised at the time that the late fees would be extinquished once the car is paid in full )10-16-16) When I first got letter that I still owed late fees They told me all kinds of things and said there was no record of my call. Harrassing letters/phone calls started and are still continued to this date. BBB in Eastern Michigan has been dealing with Ally since then. Credit bureau has also dealt with them. Today the TX Attn Gen Odc advised I contact the State Agency for consumer creit commission your state attn general office. This is really getting out of hand I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY TITLE. I am 70 yrs old, retired on little income and live alone. I dont know how much more I can take. I am not wannting to see the car but want my title. I am in poor health and your collection dept is wanting me to pay now $800 and then the balance in a 2nd pmt. I only get $800 retirement income Please help
