2013 flood, Mr. Butler stopped work on my home because I wouldn't hire Servpro/Service Master of the Southside, SMSS.
2015 I hire SMSS when Mr. Butler told me to and they robbed me the first day. Gail said. Everyone isn't trying to steal from you, they were.
USAA wouldn't let me hire anyone else, even when they threaten me with harm. My VA Hospital doctor, Dr. Leavy, was robbed by SMSS and USAA said they would sue them on his behalf. He was so stressed, he had a heart attack. I had several Fibromyalgia and Lupus flare ups and a bleeding ulcer.
Mr. Butler, Ms. Cacciatore okayed over $100,000 to pay SMSS. USAA didn't know until I called you, but you did nothing to help me. You got about $80,000 back, and USAA will not pay me for the mold removal, cost of tile and installation of the tile. SMSS caused the mold in my home and they wouldn't return to restore my home, they made more money keeping my things in storage. USAA prevented me from seeing the website, which would have prevented SMSS from winning a $30,000 lawsuit for not payment.
I never stopped paying SMSS, I just wouldn't sign the $32,000 check until i had all my things undamaged.
I allowed SMSS to charge my credit card, and i would deposit the checks. Once SMSS had the money, USAA put a stop on the check, some almost a year old. USAA refused to give me back my money and taking the money back from SMSS.
They stole 9 new kitchen cabinets. back splash tile, floor tile, $5,000 in fabric, $2,000 in thread, $3,000 in fabric paint and beads, etc. I was opening a craft store, but they stole everything, bookcase, dresser, new towels, rugs and collectible. It was like they were in a store and everything was free. This is my 6th year without a home, I can finish my home before Christmas again because my body will not let me. I was retired from the Army with 100% service connected disabilities. USAA said they paid me over $65.000 in 2013 and $60,000 in 2015, which isn't true. Because of that, I can't get home owner insurance. Please help me.
I am going to sue SMSS to get my money back and I need all the communication between USAA and myself including phone calls. I was told that i had to have a lawyer contact USAA for this information. The is a formal request for all communication over the phone, mail, internet, and USAA website.
I know that you don't want USAA look bad because of the people you hire that would do these things, but it would look better if you help me, and fired all the staff involved in the robbery, and denied me home owner insurance, because of lies by Pam Cacciatore, Cole Butler, and Ms. Lisa Diaz.
Please help me. Every time I complain about SMSS something nasty happens. My mail was stolen, my mail box knocked over 5 times until the pipe broke apart in half, dog do in front of my home from the start and end of my land line and driveway, after court, a used Kotax was half way under the driverâs side door, and physical threat.
