Good Morning Mr Rutledge,

My Name is Drew Horn. I was a recent employee within Spectrum here in Austin Tx. I'm reaching out to you in hopes to ask for a little help in returning back to spectrum as an employee, However there were reasons I was terminated that I am unable to bound over from this end.

Past history:
I have been employeed with Time Warner/Spectrum for 6yrs. I decided this was my Career path 3 years ago. I went from being a technician in the field, to a business representative in the building to learn more about this company. Heres where it goes bad, I was wrongfully terminated because a woman said I asked for things. I have never asked for a woman's garments in my life. She then got her coworkers that were close to her to act with her and I believe its do to a comment about cheating I overheard and it must have gotten back to her husband and they thought I was the responsible party that did that.
I most certainly was not the person I am being made out to be. I have tried to contact HR to appeal this and keep getting dead ends I have tried to reach out to previous managers and asked for guidance in resolving this and finally decided to go to you Sir.

I feel I was wronged here and I am just trying to get back to the one Career that I fell in love with and yes there are other cable company out there, none are like spectrum. I love this company and if I was to do anything in life as a career I decided it was this.

If there is anyway you can help me I would appreciate it. I'm not asking to go back to the building in which I was terminated I would just like to have the termination removed and I will reapply back to my installation service family who I have contacted already trying to make things right.

Mr. Rutledge I understand if there is nothing to be done here but I wanted to give it everything I could to be able to return to my successful career paths.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter Sir.

Drew Horn
