I operate a manufactured home park. I have presently 800-1000 seniors [average age 70+] there who rely on your service. I have a signed contract with Spectrum to deliver broadband. Presently, the park is receiving 100megabites. The park is in need of more megabytes which was negotiated and included in the contract. Approximately 6 weeks ago I requested additional megabytes. Nothing needs to be done at the park. I have been told that they need to enter my new address into the system [ the park was annexed by a neighboring city]. To date, I have been told that it is complicated to change the address in your system and that engineering is working on getting me the additional 100 megabytes. It is my understanding that this is a simple request that can be taken care of in five minutes. Please help, this is damaging my business. Bob
