I am truly upset by what your company did. I believed in your company. But when I purchased my home in 2017 I used Farmers.
When my plumbing,unbeknown to me,was seemed to have tree roots in the plumbing under the bathrooms,It backed the plumbing up into the bathtubs,toilets and showers.
When I called my agent for help,they sent an "appraiser" Then Madison told me they would not cover.
She said "We'll help you clean up."
I needed someone to pay at least half of the 5500 but Las Vegas agents all ignored me.
Therefore,I had to sell my home which I loved because of these people.
Just because I am older,does not mean I am senile.
I will ask you the same question I asked them.
What are you insuring in my home and why do I need you.
Because of them I had to sell my house.
I am so frustrated.
I also had my car insurance with them but I changed because they were charging me 258 a month.
Now I have insurance which costs me less .
Your company's ads on TV are not true especially when it comes to covering things.
In Las Vegas, these people are not honest.
Really want to know why they work for a company that is supposed to be great but they are awful people.
