@PODS – John Koch – I booked service delivery 1/23/19 and move to new location 1/25/19. This was initial order

jim saunders sent a message to John Koch that said:

I booked service delivery 1/23/19 and move to new location 1/25/19. This was initial order and dates. Got call late yesterday informing me that pickup and delivery to new location could not be done because of the distance to new location and pod would have to go to Bryan then Temple before delivering to me in Gatesville tx and travel time of 6 hrs was too much for one day so it would be rescheduled for sometime next week.Nothing has changed ,same distance as when PODS booked this order. When I made this deai with your sales rep. there was no mention of any of these issues. Now they are not delivering until1/31/19
We have all possessions packed In pod and won't get Them until a week later than promised.
I have talked to several Pods people trying to get this resolved and all I have gotten is " we are sorry, we can't do anything about it."

I'm not sure what my recourse is at this time but I intend to find out .
