Srishti sent a message to Sunil Mittal that said:
Airtel is not providing me broadband connection even though advance payment of 3 months has been done. I was assured by Airtel that connection will be given within 3 days. But, now the technician has been coming for last 4 days and each day he gives a different reason why he can't provide connection today.
Airtel nodal team is also not helping in this issue. They just give assurances.
Could you please help on this issue as I feel cheated by Airtel.
