Dear Samsung!
Over the past 12 years, I have bought 5 Samsung TVs for myself in Debrecen stores of various specialized retail outlets.
Recently, on November 27, 2018, I bought a UE50 NU7022 television at the Markás Markt Debrecen Department Store.
That was the case, that my two-and-a-half-year-old TVs bought the same thing, a Samsung UE48, a 6000-series road accident and a voucher from the insurer.
I was very pleased with my previous Samsung TVs, especially the 48 Inc 4K smart TV. In choosing this, the department store assistant's assistant helped her. It was not cheap, as it was a 200,000 HUF TV, which was offered for sale in the Media Markt campaign in the days following the selection for HUF 150,000. So it was not questionable, I decided on this type.
Towards the end of last year, after the re-wiring of a TV Internet service provider, the device was hit by an accident. I was very sorry when the insurer had only given a replacement, due to the inefficiency of the repair, after deducting the depreciation from the then purchase price.
I asked my friends for advice on the brand. For decades, you have been the owner or employee of one of Debrecen's service partner companies and have significant experience with Samsung and other brands.
In the Media Markt, I looked at a Sony TV recommended by my friend, and asked both the sellers and the former Samsung promoter for their choice. All of us and this type was definitely recommended to me.
My answer to the question is that the 7000 series knows this as the previous 6,000 is clearly the answer!
The selected television was also checked by a representative of Samsung before it was removed for reasons of injury and other reasons, but it wasn't a fallen knowledge!
When I brought the device back home I was ready to install, I was satisfied with the image quality and the connection to the internet.
In September 2018, I was in an accident where I was injured by having to spend a considerable amount of time in a health care facility on a daily basis.
The initial joy that image quality is excellent and there is a secure connection to the internet network has encouraged me to try other features of my TV in my spare time.
RTL has now announced that the Kincsem movie will be available for 3 days. We wouldn't have liked this on my Samsung phone or on my laptop, but on a 4K 50-inch TV.

I guess it's not exaggerated in 2019 !?
This was the first disappointment. In contrast to the earlier familiar Samsung smart TV with 6000, it is impossible to watch movies. Only the page comes in, but playback is not possible. Then I had no time to deal with this problem right away, and then when my friends suggested the last night's 3-day projection, I decided to look at a late night series that was interesting.
I thought I wouldn't have to stay up to seeing it, but just like on other occasions, I'll add the movies to a pendrive and see them later. However, the recording was not set up, I couldn't find it on this type how to set it up. I took my instructions to use, but with a small amount of words, I think I can safely say anything else in my life, I have never met. So I didn't get any smarter.
This was already two bugs for me that I called their customer service at 0680SAMSUNG yesterday. To my greatest astonishment, I was told that ONE of this device IS NOT POSSIBLE.
I can't see the RTL-Most movies either, probably because of their file format, and it's not possible to record TV shows. To solve the latter, I suggested asking the provider for a set-top box. It's a little funny.
The TV I bought did not meet my expectations, and I was not informed about it. No such conclusion can be drawn in the business from the information of their employees or from the instructions for use. It would have been correct to inform them before buying or to write in the instructions that this 7000 Series TV has much less technical knowledge than the previous 6000, but now we manufacture it well for this market.
I would like to replace my current device with a device that is capable of missing knowledge above, and can provide them with the functions I used before. If you only know the 8000 series, then it's like that.
I will send my letter after 15 days in the absence of a positive response (10 February 2019) - in English - to their headquarters in Korea.
