Can you imagine one of your locations telling a customer that their medication is out of stock, and will not be available for a month? This is a medication I refill every month at this location. I cannot go elsewhere as they would not give me back my Rx.
I am currently not taking this prescribed medication and am hoping by February 15th, they will have it back in stock.
Is this any way to run a pharmacy?
