My in laws have you as their insurance company. A tree fell and damaged their home and carport. There are no shingles that match. I was told they can patch it with shingles that don't match and they do not have to replace the roof. My in laws are in their 90's. He is a WWII vet. This will lower the value of their home and is not acceptable. Is this how we treat our WWII vets? I have been dealing with Kerry Jones and Eric Mckenzie (sp?). This has gone on for 3 mths. If this isn't resolved immediately, I will be contacting the BBB and possibly Channel 4 News.
