I have ordered a complete bedroom set from your Oakbrook Illinois store (order #083636576092). I understand you use a 3rd party delivery company, Ryder Last Mile. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for someone to be able to tell me when all items are available to ship. While your store has been cooperative, they have no ability to get accurate information from Ryder. This 3rd party relationship is completely souring my view of PB. I have additional deliveries (mattress) I am trying to coordinate and no furniture in my bedroom since I moved old items out anticipating an on time delivery . I thought this should be brought to your attention.
