Linda Calhoun sent a message to Hubert Joly that said:
I have sent several e-mail to Shari Ballard and Stephanie Isensee concerning an item that I purchased and tried to return within the 15 day limit with the sales receipt. This has been a long, drawn out problem which I have mailed a letter to corporate; called the 888 number several times; made an appointment with the geek squad and drove 55 minutes to the store only to be treated horribly and told I could not return the item. I left the store and the igornant sales associate kept my sales receipt. So I have been trying for someone to just talk to me and explain how a big business like you keeps in business. I could have easily ordered this item on line; but chose to visit the store for assistance, which I learned was not the right advice. When I took the item back (it is an $80.00 Kindle) I was laughed at; told I bought the wrong item and when I said I would like to exchange for what this member of the geek squad thought I needed - he laughed at me. He said I had downloaded my information - this could be erased - but still I was refused. I have been trying since January 10th to get this rectified. I am reaching out to you to see if you can be of any assistance; or if you even care.
