Hope this time i get the resolution as i have raised many complaints with Airtel and the worst Customer Service team is placed in Airtel who never give importance to get the issues resolved for their customer.
I have opted for new Broadband connection for my residentials use and so i contacted Airtel and got the plan so Rahun whose contact number is : +919319950553 he called me 20 times in a day to tell me the plans and to take time from me to collect the Documents and to make the payments so to block the Customer Airtel Customer Representative has been calling me 20 times a day but today it was supposed to be installed but no one turned up and i have been calling this person since morning and he has not been answering my phone. This is ridiculous and worst service ever provided to any Airtel customer.
I am looking forward for a response with the resolution to my complaint and a strict action to be taken against Rahul who has also misbehaved and fooled me to opt for the Services.
I will be raising a complaint with the Consumer Forum as i have the bill receipt of the payment and the Airtel New Connection.
