Dear Mr. Rutledge,
Charter Spectrum in Asheville has waited so 5 hours of my time. I am moving one mile in Asheville. From 2/15 to 2/18 I need service at my old address and new address. I was told all I needed to bring to the new address was one of my TVs, which I did. Appointment was for today 2/16 between 1 and 2. The tech arrived at 1:58, he had to park 15 minutes away as you don't allow techs to park in lots, and he came without the needed equipment. Hence another 30 wasted for him to walk back to the van where he didn't have all needed equipment. Still didn't have everything he needed. Called a roving van to have them drop needs off. Tech spent well over an hour with tech support. Still only have one of 3 tv's working.
This is pathetic customer service and I blame some of it on the person who took the move order and much on your tech support to your field techs. Also to inflame me even more at 4:43 today EST I got an email saying your tech would be here between 1 and 2 today. By that time he was here already for over 2.5 hours.
I deserve some compensation for my time.
