I stayed at your Washington DC Hilton on Connecticut avenue back in December. I had items stolen from my car by the valet department. I have written, called, etc., just to get either compensation for the items or the actual items back. TO no avail, nothing has happened. I and my sister stay at hilton brand hotels all the time and we both are very dissappointed that these items were taken. It was a North Carolina handicap placard that I have to use when traveling in the car and my sister's apple ear buds too. We both have called and written and to no avail nothing has happened.
