I am hoping this email finds you in good health. My purpose of reaching out to you is to discuss some concerns that I had while staying at one of the Marriott properties. I have reached out to the hotel directly and to the customer care line and unfortunately no one has responded. I am so disappointed because I have such high regards for Marriott and am extremely disappointed that not one person cared enough to hear my concern. I hope that as you read this email you will consider reaching out to me so that we may discuss.
