Hi Samsung team,
This is to inform you that on 24th Dec 2018, I found that my bio fresh refrigerator was not functioning properly hence I contacted Samsung service centre for repairing.
On receiving the request Samsung assigned the work to GLOBAL TECH SOLUTION in order to rectify the same.
Two technicians came and informed me that the compressor of the refrigerator is in good condition but there is a technical issue in one of the support appliances which needs to be replaced.
The technicians told me that INR 2370 will be the total cost of the parts and INR 400 will be their service charge.
I immediately agreed to pay the amount and they replaced the parts.
After 20 days the refrigerator again went problematic and I had to contact global tech solutions for rectification. There was a demise in the family of one technician hnc after 3 days another technician came and rectified the same. Today on 18th Feb the same issue reoccured.
My question here is that is it justified that a Samsung certified techincal part will be so less rigid that every alternate month I will have to get the same replaced.
If there was some issue with the compressor the technicians should have informed me at the first instance, then I would have not gone forward and paid INR 2370.
Request your urgent intervention as I am facing huge problems due to the same.
