My name is Erik Faltermann and I am a 19 year old filmmaker from Germany. Last summer I took advantage of your low fares to travel all around Europe wich made me be in another country almost every week. During this insane time of travel I had one of the amazing times of my life. So first of all I want to say thank you for enabling that. Ryanair takes the stress out of travel and therefore Ryanair is from all the airlines in the world my most favourite. Not only because of its excellent service, easiness of travel and low fares, also because I support the values that stand behind your company. I love and share the vision of low coast travel as well as the idea to push airplane ticket prices down. These values are conveyed in your social media appearance, press conferences and overall marketing.
Before I attend film school by the end of this year, I am looking forward to gaining more experience in the marketing and creative businesses. With my own production company back in Germany, I have already produced many movies for companies all around Europe. My most recognisable customer may be the energy drink company Red Bull.
During the last months I intensely thought about concepts of implementing my filmmaking style into the marketing strategy of Ryanair. I came up with many excellent, unconventional and easy to produce ideas and storyboards for potential short movies and clips.
Because Ryanair is the company I do look up to and support in any matter, I am offering you to work for you for free. My aim for this project is not about making money, it is to help and support Europes most important airline with my skills and to retrieve experience in the airline and travel sector as well.
I would enjoy getting the opportunity to present my concepts to you and share my ideas of how I would help Ryanair in its marketing strategies. I am open for a phone interview or a personal presentation in Dublin.
