Good morning Mr. Rhodes,

We have had a nice relationship with AutoZone and have hosted several events for the New England team. Today, I am reaching out as a representative from the hotel in question of a past due bill that is not being handled in a timely manner.

We have made several attempts dating back to January 19, 2019, to help provide the local planner with an invoice. There remains a balance and we have not been provided with a plan of action for payment.

As many businesses can subscribe to the fact that end of month is a time, where we would like to have had bills cleared – this “lack of a plan” is imposing a situation in us not being able to host future meetings for AutoZone, unless prepayment where to occur.

The corporate office – accounts payable, as well as the local Manchester location, have continued to not provide direction in its’ payment. Here within is a balance that needs to be paid via a credit card today, as it is seriously past due. The planner had originally planned to pay via a corporate card that was declined. A check finally came from corporate to pay the balance, and several weeks after it claimed to have been sent. This pattern leaves us very skeptical of exact dates of payments for any future business.

The balance is $218.00 a small figure, yes sir.

We understand situations occur, though I continue to ask for the plan of action for it payment.
