@allyfinancial – Jeffrey Brown – I am writing to get clarification that my action instructed to me by various associates

Joseph Penn sent a message to Jeffrey Brown that said:

I am writing to get clarification that my action instructed to me by various associates in your redemption department and one manager, hinted that the account is being charged off by end of the week.
I have been attempting to make payment to Ally and get back in front of my auto loan. I know that I have made some poor representation during the period of this lien with Ally. But I on the verge of correcting that during December 2018. But as many of you know there were those of us caught off guard that spent 5 weeks with out pay. I was one whom remained at work while not being compensated for.
But I managed to make payments to my various debtors like yourself. I was working with the bankruptcy department who refused payments I made during January 31, 2019 and February 23, 2019.
I was told by bankruptcy department on March 12, 2019 that Ally had started rejecting payments made. I was told that payments were sent back to my account on February 15, 2019 $700, payment made on January 31, 2019
and on March 11, 2019 $653, payment made on February 23, 2019. Prior to this I was was a month and a $283.00 fee behind.
When I called bankruptcy and redemption department on on March 12, 2019 your redemption department stated $2039 amt owed, $400 repossession-fee and $97 charge. With new charges due March 23 $651.92, which I admit I pay about $652 or $653 lately.
But I am still missing from my check account $1,353.00 which if you add to your department $2,039 leave a difference of is a $686 amount minus the fees and interest.
I later called customer service back requested number to Ally presidents office or secretary, Ally stress department, appeals, Ally departments chain of command above bankruptcy and redemption department, after being placed on hold told no information available, no numbers available, and told to look online to obtain president address..
So $1353 still missing from my checking account I contacted Well Fargo reported that Ally Financials rejected electronic payments and claimed sent back on dates they gave me. I have not proof from Ally, but I did disclose my personal bank statement of 300 of my personal entries
with the intention potentially gaining my vehicle back. But was told what appears as no by management.
I am writing to keep my vehicle. I am writing to request consideration in the situation allow me to get back current. I did not ask to be furloughed without pay, but I made the effort to pay on my truck despite not being paid. And Ally without whisper refused amounts paid for and during this period.
If Ally has already charged off off my vehicle like management hinted at. Could I please get proof of the exact dates moneys were transferred and how exactly Ally attempted to reject electronic payment back to the source expediting the funds at once. So that I can have my financial resources
made available for those currently working with me still.

Thank You
