Linda Engelhardt sent a message to Arne Sorenson that said:
I am very upset with not being notified we were not maintaining the platinum elite which we have had for several years when it was called Good Elite under the rewards program. In the past we could keep our level with points if we didn't stay the correct amount of nights.
We have been members for many years but are seriously considering if we want to stay with an organization that fails to notify us or continue previous program commitments. Removing privileges we've had for years truly makes us feel unwelcome and unappreciated as customers.
