I have a balance reward card and have always loved shopping and getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreen's and enjoying the reward points. Well i got a new cell phone number and decided to update my card but now unfortunately it linked with someone else's card and someone else has been using my points. I am extremely upset abut this and every time I try to talk to someone at Walgreen's they all say there is nothing they can do to help me. How is it fair with all the shopping and prescriptions I get filled at your stores that now someone else gets to spend and enjoy my rewards. I really hope you care and will get back to me and help me resolve this issue and get me back my rewards and not allow someone else to use my points. Please contact me back. Most appreciated !!
