Good morning:
I am a new owner of a 2019 Highlander Limited,purchased from Ed Morse Toyota, Delray Beach, Florida, approximately three (3) months ago.
I recently encountered a ârattlingâ noise coming from my a/c vent.
The vehicle was taken to the dealership and after extensive diagnostic research was informed there was no solution to the problem.
I like to point out that another Highlander which was at the dealership at same time, had the same issue.
This response is not acceptable to me.
The noise is very annoying in that it is constant and we are planning a long trip which will make the situation even more unbearable.
I like to know what solutions Toyota is doing to alleviate this âdefectâ in this brand new vehicle.
