Hey my name is faith bell Iâm a shift leader at Taco Bell in Southport I was recently fired cause of discrimination , me and another shift leader had a disagreement shortly into the disagreement the underage shift leader started cursing at me and being disrespectful I walked away clocking out to keep it from going any further it was also time for me to leave anyways I came in the next day and was fired while the underage shift leader was able to keep his job after cursing he only 17 still in school and be closing the store but I think something needs to be done cause Iâm 23 a great worker been there over 3 years we got a new gm Lucy and everything started changing .
