My name is Moises Essenfeld and i am currently in 11th grade and attend high school in Miami, Florida. I am e-mailing you because i want to share with you my invention that correlates; to some extent, to your own hurricane manipulation patents that were filed around 10 years ago. As i was thinking what to create for an innovation challenge in my school district granting $20,000 in scholarships to the first place winner, i began to look into hurricane prevention technologies and its history. I was super intrigued by this extremely young field of science and engineering, especially when i discovered that you had some interest in these world changing technologies. I would love to send you the 17 page project proposal that i wrote along with a friend, if you are interested in reading it. Your opinion about it would be extremely valuable to me, and feedback from someone with lots of experience in this topic would be wonderful to hear!
