Since my Citi mortgage account has been transferred to Cenlar, I have not been able to get a hold of a single customer service representative to answer my questions. Their automated phone service puts me on hold and disconnects. I attempt to contact via their loan administration web page, and cannot get a response. The auto draft for the mortgage payment from my bank account should have been done on 1 April as normally scheduled, but it's now the 11th, and it's still not paid. Their service SUCKS. The transition from Citi to Cenlar has been an absolute failure. When you transfer a large account to a new financial institution, they should be able to handle the responsibility. I've researched Cenlar, and the customer complaints are off the charts. Cenlar is incompetent and has poor business practices. All of this was done without our consent. I prefer that my account stay with Citi, but if that isn't possible, you need to find another company to service the payments.
