I recently signed up for Spectrum/Charter.. I spoke to them of an email coming from charter of 59.99 for spectrum select/and net ( for 3 years) they told me "not available in your area" .. I have only been with service week today.. when originally starting i just wanted tv/ phone.. it was good price..they told me i would get caller id on tv etc. .well I get it and they said that service is "not available " in your area.. Why is it I get personal emails from spectrum and they don't honor the promos? I am on tight budget .. would have liked the tv select and internet for 59.99 they said only get it for 89.99 in my area..despite the promo email saying get it for 59.99 .. Shouldn't you company state in your advertisements and personal emails that this offer .. though meant "especially for me" really are not available. I only have the lifetime package of 55 channels and net and will be charge 87/month.. I get so many quotes when being sold the product. no one honors the original quote.. i tried different ways to see if anyone would honor the personal email about the select tv offer/net deal.
