Dear Mr Rapino, I made a genuine and silly mistake by booking tickets through Ticket Master yesterday for the incorrect date. The tickets were to be a celebration for my son and hi girlfriend before returning to University and sitting his exams. My son returns to University (about 500 miles away) on Sunday 28th April. I was supposed to book 4 tickets for Saturday 27th April but instead I managed to book Monday 29th April which is clearly no good. The tickets are for Wicked at the Apollo theatre in London. Can you please help, it was a genuine error and I emailed and tried to call your booking line as soon as I had made the purchase. Thanks Samina
