Margaret (Peggy) Shultz sent a message to Jeffrey Lorberbaum that said:
Ten years ago we purchased laminate flooring in our home and we choose Mohawk flooring due to the outstanding reviews about the company and warranty. About 2 years ago I began to have problems with my floor deteriorating in a couple of places and I contacted the place where we purchased our Mohawk flooring from (Ellite Flooring in Alliance, Ohio). They told me they are only responsible for the installation and nothing more. I finally got an answer I did not want to hear that Mohawk was denying my claim. I thought it would be protocol that a representative would have been sent out and told that they don't have representatives for this purpose. This battle has been going on for over a year and I have gotten no where other than a run around. I told them I was in a wheelchair and they tell me that it is my problem because they don't cover casters. It is really sad because I love my floor and I only wanted about a dozen of pieces replaced. Bottom line is I don't want to have to tell this story one more time and falling upon deaf ears. I sincerely hope you are the person that can give me some results with this problem. I will be waiting to hear from you with an answer that will be favorable. Thank you!
