Id like to share with you, of how disappointed I am. Last night I contacted the customer service group for Citibank cards. I asked for help with reducing my interest rate or giving me zero percent. While I get my affairs in order. You see I lost half my income when my wife passed away last month. Im asking for help in this time of need. But instead Im met with there's nothing we can do for you. (really?) I've had this card for 20 years. I always make my payments on time.
Im just so disappointed in this matter.
