Dear Sir: I have reached out to you,as you are the head guy in charge. I have just purchased one of your E100 riding mowers, frome Home depot. The first time I used it the belt on the mower deck fell off. this has kept occuring. I bought this yard tractor because I had an old LT166 , and trusted the Name John Deere. As I live quite a distance from the city its hard just to load it up and return it. I want you to beaware oof this problem and fix it at the factory. I also went on line and there are quite a few peaple who bought the same mower and are upset with this problem. Sincerly a Unhappy John Deere custamore. Peter J McMullin
