My family and I have been using Airtel for more than a decade now. We are accustomed to the advantageous service and connectivity we have enjoyed eversince joining the airtel family. But, it is with deep grievances because of Airtel that I'm writing you this mail. I've been following up with your customer care team for last 2 weeks. They never provide me an update. Why provide customer care when they really don't care about the misery I am put through?
My cousin has been charged Rs. 13000 in her postpaid bill in an unfair manner. She was never intimidated about the activation of these charges. It was only after her account got suspended did she get to know about these charges. There has been no response as to why this has happened, nor has any step been taken to solve this issue. To be honest, I prefer Airtel even now, prefered Airtel before and shall continue to always place my priority, but this poor customer care and negligence of my grievances for whole 14 days is blasphemy! I'm deeply frustrated and I now question if Airtel really cares about my loyalty. Kindly requesting your help.
