Good morning Mr. Nash. I have been in contact with the company regarding a credit report issue. I have spoken to supervisors in the Kennesaw, GA as well as customer relations in Richmond, VA. I have sent good will letters asking to have 3 late payments removed because I was taking care of my mother who was diagnosed with cancer, admitted to hospice, and later passed. I understand while late payments have to be reported, and mine were, but I would like them removed simply because I was experiencing an extremely stressful time. I am only asking for help because I would like to have a good credit rating and this is preventing me from having the score I desire. Thank you very much for your time and attention to this matter.
