Dear Mr. Kim,

I am facing big issue with Samsung service in Egypt, even though I am old customer for Samsung and never have issue with the product but recently with mobile A6+ which purchased few months back and still under the first year of warranty, I am facing an issue that the display of the mobile disappear and back to work several time but with last time, it did not comeback to operation. I went to service center in Mall Misr, October on Thursday 16th May, where I met Mr. Mohamed Yassin who refuse to get the mobile to service and inform me that the system is down. So, on 18th May, I went to Mall of Arabia where I hand over the mobile and I got receipt (number is available upon request) and I requested to call the hotline 16580 on Tuesday. I called them in Tuesday and today where their answer that the mobile still under investigation.
I request to have contact one of the supervisors since 18th May and they get my contact information but no body call me till now.

I do not think this is right way in service for great product like Samsung. Appreciate to get reply on my inquires for my mobile and the way the service centers deal with the customer.
