I have been trying since early March to get a refund due me, and no one at Entergy seems to be listening, or even care for that matter. I contacted my Public Service commissioner, and all I got was a name and number for a woman in customer service, who rather rudely demanded to know where I got her name and number from. Since this website advises against sending personal information, I would appreciate someone with the power to fix the problem emailing me, with the information you need. Thank you. Muriel Falvey
