Good Morning Sir,
My grandparents both came to America from Switzerland many years ago. That has nothing to do with our issue.
My wife and I purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio Model Model WTW854OBWO SN C32770369 October 6, 2013. we purchased the Lowes 4 year extended warranty.
We have had the hub and shaft replaced 3 times. It is out again. We understand machines dont last forever but in discussing with Ricks Appliance General Manager of Wichita, Kansas he states that they have replaced over a hundred shafts and hubs for people who , like us, are so frustrated that they will never buy Whirlpool products again. (Wichita is a small market).
3 different appliance repair companies have worked on this machine and ALL say this machine had a very poor design.
I am asking for some type of assistance in purchasing another Whirlpool Machine. I still have faith in the Whirlpool brand albeit so so disappointed in this particular model. My grandparents, my parents, my wifes parents....all had Whirlpool as a Household brand.
