Hi Daniel, I was hoping you could help me with an issue. I had service done in May 2019 for an engine. In October 2019, I was in a serious accident, and when the car was reviewed for damage it noted that the technician who worked on my car forgot bolts on the alternator, transmission, engine, and starter, causing the accident. I contacted the district manager who helped me file the $1800 claim 3 weeks ago, and now has stopped responding to any questions on when I'd be reimbursed for the work that Pep boys did in negligence. Breach of contract. I will be taking another day off this week to file court papers but have been trying to reach a settlement peacefully, showing all reciepts and details. Even having the district manager tell rental place they would cover that cost too.. yet I have paid it all with no sight in paying me back.
